Our mission is to take the stress away from your experience and allow you to enjoy planning your wedding by offering you the complete package, all curated and organised by us, working with the very best experts in all aspects of your wedding ceremony.

At Villa Weddings Ibiza we offer a wedding package at an inclusive fee with no hidden or extra costs. We have a range of stunning villa properties to suit your needs, the size of your wedding party and the style of wedding you would like, whether it be formal or informal, modern and ultra-stylish or laid back bohemian, and everything in-between.

We have our own in-house celebrant and can provide every detail for your wedding day including hair and make-up, catering, decoration and lighting, flowers, photographer, live music and/or DJ, bar service, and transportation for your guests staying elsewhere on the island.

My fiancé and I had a dream of what we wanted to create on our wedding day, we struggled to find a planner who shared that vision, until we met Emma. From the first message & zoom call it was obvious to us that Emma was the first person to picture everything we wanted and was excited to help us to achieve it.

We had a very tight budget which didn't put Emma off, and many changes to the venue numbers, this was no issue for Emma who continued her search and found us the perfect venue which was more than we could have ever imagined. The villa Emma had found had never had a wedding before, all this meant was that Emma could flaunt her vision and knowledge to create a beautiful venue for a wedding. Emma spent many hours via zoom, email, text and in person listening to what we wanted, and created something more perfect than we could ever imagine.

Emma & Hannah made every dream come true on a tight budget, including the most amazing surprise of my dream bouquet on the morning of the wedding, as I was convinced we couldn't get the flowers I wanted. They both arrived at 9am to start setting up for the 4.30pm ceremony, everything ran so smoothly from the delivery of furniture, bar set up, DJ, ceremony arch and decor so I was able to get ready and relax knowing that the wedding was in safe hands. The whole day ran perfectly, and it all felt so personal due to Emma & Hannah staying all day to ensure everything continued to run without a hitch.

We can't put into words how grateful we are for the months of planning and getting to know us to create the most fantastic day, our guests even called it the wedding of the decade. Emma has so much knowledge of the wedding industry and so many connections, we couldn't have wished for anything more, apart from to relive it again and again. My partner and I knew exactly the kind of wedding we wanted in Ibiza but trying to make our ideas come to life was something we struggled with on our own. I began searching on Instagram for different wedding event planners in Ibiza and booked to meet up with them a year before I was due to get married out there. This is when I met Emma and her partner Grant. From the get go I immediately liked them. I gave Emma the ideas I had and the budget I had in mind as well and straight away she was excited and happy to help. She gave me advice and ideas I hadn’t even thought of and gave me an insight into what way she could do things.

I had a wedding party of 84 guests and panicked that I wouldn’t find a villa to suit such a big party but that was no struggle for Emma and she found us the perfect villa to have our perfect day. I also booked Grant who officiated our ceremony and made it so special. He made us laugh, cry and was so professional throughout, I highly recommend him. While we were back in Ireland, Emma spent many hours on zoom calls, emails and back and forth texts keeping us updated and listening to everything we had to say or any changes we wanted. She was fantastic and nothing was too much to ask for.

Emma is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. She has many connections in the wedding industry and gave us a day we will remember forever. On the day of our wedding Emma and her team were there from 9am setting up for our ceremony for 3.30pm. I couldn’t believe the transformation and how they did it all in that heat (34 degrees) without a sweat! They were so professional that day and knew exactly what they were doing.

From the beautiful decor of the ceremony, to the stunning table settings, the amazing children’s area, the bar set up, Dj, furniture, I honestly could go on, they just blew it out of the water and made my day run as smooth as possible while I sat there stress free. Thank you so much to Emma and her whole team, I honestly don’t think I’d have got through that entire year leading up to my wedding without all your help and support.
